I just deposited $250 into PokerPlex yesterday to clear their monthly $50 bonus. However, it was not in my account. I've tried calling support but it's been busy everytime. Before I email or do anything else I figured I'd see if anyone knows why I might not have received it. Did I deposit too late in the month to get the January bonus? Will I just have to wait until February?
