please ripped or someone verify this for me:

(1) i can have multiple accts with just one neteller account on a party skin

(2) i can deposit into all of these accounts from the same neteller account without raising flags

(3) however, i cannot cashout all of them to the same neteller acct, i have to use party gift certificates

(4) i can play all accounts on the same computer using dialup

i just want to make sure theyre not going to freeze like $500, as this would suck. thanks fellas!
