I have about 8000 hands at .50/1.00 limit at Party skins in my PT database from clearing bonuses. I four tabled for all of them. After 8000 hands I am up a small amount and paid a ton in rake.

I do much better at higher limits when I am not four tabling obviously but I am not that bad at four tables either. I just play very tight, no marginal hands.

Can you beat the rake at Party low limit? Is it possible to in the long run?
