I play limit poker exclusively to clear bonuses. I do have a question though about NL:

What is the key difference between .50/$1 NL and $5/$10 NL other than the minimum bet to start?

At any time the next person can just make it $5 or greater to call before the flop so why doesn't everyone just play at the lower blinds to allow you to see more flops?

Is there an advantage at playing at either level?
