MARGARET WHITMAN Kristine The emails EBAY receive are not SPAM from VIPsyndicates since the time that we had caught the virus and any emails received from this email address INFO@VIPsyndicates.com all have been showing proof of the suspension as unjust and unwarranted and have not transpired from this EMAIL! All emails from this email account is archived and the statements of continued SPAMS from VIPsyndicates is incorrect. We would like EBAY to forward one SPAM email created by this email account! As for the VIPcontacts email, that email is used specifically for the website and all clients on the mail list have the option to "OPT OUT" and if EBAY are receiving emails from VIPcontacts - the email address(es) can be "REMOVED" by placing that statement in the subject line. Blaming us for emails EBAY is receiving from VIPcontacts is absurd since EBAY at any point can remove themselves. Being an internet company, all emails must have an "OPT OUT" option. If all it will take is to remove EBAY from our address book for the VIPcontacts account to be re-activated - I will have our webmaster permanently block EBAY's outgoing emails from INFO@VIPCONTACTS.COM As for the INFO@VIPSYNDICATES.COM, All emails from this account are archived and the statements of continued SPAMS from VIPsyndicates is incorrect. We would like to see just one SPAM email created by this account! Our continuous correspondences from us as well as our clients/EBAY members is do to the fact that EBAY refuses to contact us directly and admit their wrong doing. Even big companies like EBAY make mistakes. Our staff have sent letters to Ms. Whitman, EBAY Legal counsel among others, proving 100% that the original suspension is unwarranted do to a virus generation of SPAM and proven via MICROSOFT website and the original email sent to us by our customers stating they received an email from us with links to STUBHUB for which EBAY has in their possession. EBAY as shown by this correspondence, also has shown how EBAY is blaming an email account that is specifically used to generate OPT IN Emails as SPAM. EBAY generates emails that are sent to customers, such as the "POWER SELLER" emails, would you consider that email SPAM as well? Our clients and EBAY members ranging in the millions and growing by hundreds of thousands each month have a petition to continuously contact EBAY to prove our companies innocence and since our country is based on "A man is innocent until proven guilty" for which EBAY feels that this law does not apply, as well as "freedom of speech", we support those who support us. May I suggest that EBAY read some of the customer petition letters and you will see, the suspension is Many of our clients are EBAY stockholders and some have stated that they are planning on making statements at the stock holders meetings in regards to our issue in the upcoming months for which we are sure will be a "show stopper," since this issue is something that needs to be addressed one way or the other do to the nature of EBAY's accusations and suspensions of the innocent. Once again, we support our customers right to freedom of speech and support their proving our innocence and once again, may I suggest that yourself and EBAY read some of the customer petitions that are in EBAY's possession and see how EBAY has created a "PASSAGE" for those in need of our services and hurting more than our reputation... In closing, EBAY's stance is incorrect and we will continue to petition and support our petitioners until our innocence is proven and our account re-activated. We have spent many hours on the phone with Mara Davis and David Smith which I am sure if you spoke to them will state that our company is based on honor and integrity and the company and its reputation is impeccable in customer service and client satisfaction for over 2 decades. Take a look at all of our feedbacks. All are 100% POSITIVE by contacting the customers until they are satisfied and most who once may have been indecisive of our company, came back to purchase again and then left POSITIVE feedback.
