How does a seller file a claim with Square Trade? It's the best kept secret in the world.

Also, an item was "lost" on its way to Taiwan. Eventually, Paypal took over $300.00 out of MY ACCOUNT and refunded it to her. Does this even sound legal??? Now I'm out a Chanel jacket and $342.

i had square trade IT DOESN'T PROTECT SELLERS IMHO IT PROTECTS BUYERS.
