ow... I am in ... ugh... struggling to breathe... massive.... pain

I was lying on my back as in head up/knees up position (back flat and stomach nice and relaxed) talking to my sister on the phone earlier when my #$%^^%$ 20-lb. cat decided to leap off the top of the couch using me a springboard, expertly planting exactly one itty bitty paw (she's a female) directly on my solar plexus. Jesus. I screamed so loud it's a miracle my sister didn't have a wreck (she only talks to me from her car phone). I don't know how to figure the pound/sq. inch on this for a 20-lb cat with a 1" paw and damnit ouch.

Being female and having never been in a barfight I've never experienced this before. Am I going to die from this? When is this shit gonna stop hurting. I let my cat out and told her to go play in the traffic.
