Hii all,

On-line auctions are a huge and growing business. E-Bay, the world's largest auctions site of C2C and B2C auction vendors has 10's of millions auctions taking place at any one time. Buyers and sellers from around the Earth use this system to buy and sell new and used good and services.

am new to the world of online auction...I need help to know more about this wold. Can some one help me and share his or her knowelge about Online Auction.

I need to Develop a quick strategic plan for the E-Commerce Auctions Marketplace. I need help in thses areas
What is an auction system?
How do people use it? (interview users!)
Customers?
Advertising?
Training users on the system?
Operations of the system?
Customer relations policies?
Potential items for sale?
