I'm going out to Vegas July 4th weekend for the Bodog Party and I want to play in another WSOP event. I'm torn between the $1,000 rebuy tourney or just taking $3,000 and playing the super-satellites (on the 5th they have three super satellites where top 10% get Main Event entry).

My thought process is this, there is obviously a lot more money to be made in a rebuy event. Yet as Vegas whores know, I play very aggressively during rebuys and I don't want to spend more than $5,000 tops on this and prefer to spend around $3,000. I don't really want to have to adjust my style to avoid having to rebuy.

With the super satellites I think I have a very good chance of winning into the Main Event. I plan on playing in all three until I qualify in one. Yet it's also more likely I'm throwing away a few thousand because my money chances in the Main Event will be a longshot.

I'm interested in hearing everyone's opinions on this.
