PayPal charged my bank account when I used my credit card to pay for something. This almost cost me an EFT fee ($30). This is not the first time this has happened and I'm seriously reconsidering using/accepting PayPal for all my eBay shit. Horrible customer service too. Not to mention they ripped me off of $200 when I got scammed a couple of years ago.
