Posted at May 11, 2005, 7:27 pm: Read no further if you care not about my plight... So basically I start a new job in Phoenix on July 5th. This is the really the biggest change my life has ever undergone. I've only lived in two places for my whole life, Minnesota and Chicago. Really everything and everyone that I know is here, but as you might remember, I got an awesome job offer that was 40% higher salary than the jobs I could have gotten here. It also is very directly related to my major and will lead to other jobs that I could feasibly like in the future. Anyway, I have one month left of college, and I intend to use it as best as possible. There will be plenty of time for poker when I'm in Phoenix crying myself to sleep every night (hmmm, hopefully not). After that I have a couple weeks of graduation activity stuff, an 8 hour drive back to Minnesota, and a 30 hour drive from there to Phoenix. So I'll probably check in every once and awhile, but I'm not doing any reloads or online poker for a couple months, so my posting will be minimal. I wouldn't trade my extensive BWing days for anything, but I'm sure I went overboard at least a few times (as I'm sure many of you did too). Certainly it was fun and I will make a huge dent into my college loans. But, like all things great, time does march on, and some changes are for the good, some for the bad.
