Mac Users, please!

What a bonehead. I just got an iBook and know ZIP about this OS.

Downloaded UB and UBuddy, but when I click on the .exe file, the message is "no default application is selected to open this file" or something close to that. "Please choose an application."

Duh...

I click on "Choose Application" and have NO idea what to do.

Anybody out there who can help? First thing tomorrow I'll hit Fry's for a "Mac for Dummies" book.
