Am I being paranoid about taxes? I make a decent living and the poker money is a plus but if I pay taxes on it then it is really not worth doing. As I notice my Neteller account climbing, I need to start cashing some of it out. I'm not really worried about being audited as the poker money wouldn't be too obvious on my standard of living but would be noticable in an audit.

For those of you who do this as a second/part-time job:

1) Does anyone covert Neteller to cash? ie) Have Neteller send a paper check and cash it at a check cashing place?

2) Does anyone know if I open an Interest free checking account, that the IRS could find out about the account via my SSN? (I think proxy has asked this)

3) Do you pay taxes on poker? Is poker worthwhile?

4) Is this ok to post this here or if someone has ideas take this somewhere private.
