Ok, first post, but I had to rant. I signed up for a joint deal at Pacific Poker and PokerSource.com where you are supposed to get WSOP DVD's. I followed the instructions on the site, and I was supposed to get an e-mail telling me when the DVD's would arrive and such.

I got no e-mail but there site did talk about how they were very backed up and could take a long time getting people bonuses. So I let it slide. Now, two months later, I still have no e-mail and no DVD's. I began to beleive I'm being hustled, and I e-mail the company stating that in so many words.

Instead of the standard sorry-for-being-so-incompetent reply, I get a message asking me to apologize for javascript:emoticon('') my accusations . Furthermore, I realize they've disabled my account from posting on the forum, preventing me from giving them a very negative review.
