I just applied for the Neteller Debit Card. I haven't used it yet, but my intentions are to use the card to withdraw to prevent frequent withdrawals into my bank account. The idea, I think, will be to not have any withdrawals, and thus, any record of my winnings. The fees seem pretty fair. I think it is only 1.50 for a withdrawal at an ATM machine. You can also use it as a debit card and purchase things. But there is a fee with that.

My question is this. ... Does anyone here use the card? Will ti prevent the IRS from finding out winnings? Is it worth it? What is everyone on here going to do about claiming their winnings?
