Posted at May 13, 2004, 10:11 pm: I was playing $2 $4 holdem at True Poker and I was all in on this hand due to computer difficulties (I was playing a Crypto Site - 1 table also and it wouldn't release focus back to the True software). I don't think my side pot was calculated correctly. I think my portion of the side pot should have been at least $16, and not the $6 that was paid to me. There should have been two sidepots on this hand, as DGoneshot was all in for $2, before I was all in for $6. I should have been eligible for a side pot of $33 ($2 + $1 + 5 X $6... before rake I think); and I split the pot with an ace high straight, so I think that I should have been paid $16 not the $6 that was paid to me. Basically the software didn't create two sidepots like it should have, and as a result I only won half of the sidepot that DGoneshot caused by being all in for $2 six handed. I've emailed True Poker Support about this, but they have not yet gotten back with me. As I see it they owe me $10 and a finder's fee for pointing out a programming bug, say $50 Am I missing something here?
