Hello,

I'm a reporter for the San Francisco Chronicle who is writing an article about eBay's relatively new enforcement policies. Users who violate the rules are now often suspended for short periods of time - a day, three days, for example, or have their Power Seller status removed.

The company said its previous system of issuing warnings or kicking users off the site completely was too inflexible.

I'd love to chat with people who have been suspended in the past six months, under the new policy, and get their perspective.
