I just read the artical Ina wrote on EbayExpress.com.
I would like to comment on a sellers comment she quoted.

Shipping prices displayed are great if you know the shipping price. I like to have the buyer pay the correct amount of shipping. However, If I have to guess the amount just to get my item on the Express site I would have to charge the maximum amount. I live in the midwest, so shipping to either the east coast or the west coast is expensive but not expensive to ship to someone in the midwest. The midwest buyer would (and should) feel like they were ripped off by having to pay the overage of shipment. Now , you say to yourself, Why doesn't she just rebill them? Problem is, most my buyers pay right away, I could refund them the overage amount, but Paypal takes a percentage from what I give back to them (as far as I know) And most buyers that only use a CC might not like the idea.
As for FREE SHIPPING: Won't Ebay get the FVF from the total cost? Do they add it now?(with the shipping separate) I am not sure, but I don't want to pay any more than I have to.......I am a Sister
