Our Ebay store is unreachable.
We cannot access our Store to manage it..
We cannot get thru to Ebay at all.
We cannot shop on Ebay.
Ebay puts us on hold for 15 minuites long distance from Ohio...then another recording comes on;;;;;
Ebay then puts us on another recording that says go to Ebay store and do such and such.

Well, when your computer is down you cannot go to your Ebay store and fix the problem or direct them to cancel the whole thing. When you use a substiture computer like we are doing we can access nothing about Ebay. Just the daily report os sales ..of which there are none if I'm reading correctly.
The only thing we can get is A BILL.
No service...no interest....no nothing.
We cannot access Ebay at a library because it can't be done.

So Help someone...I'm about to call the local TV station and report it.
Time is running out-- this has been going on for over 12 days now. Our months's free trial will soon be up and I don't plan to subscribe. They managed to get the bill here tho.
. Amazing isn't it????

Sorry this is off topic. Just post where I can get on which is touch and go these days.

Does anyone have the address. ,Or a phone number that has a live person at the other end?? Will probably have to send a telegram or something
