Hi,
I am new to the forum so I hope this is not a stupid question.

I used a buy it now to buy a product from a guy on ebay and I had to pay imediatly so I did, the next day I got my money back with a email saying that it was the wrong advertised price and he could not deliver it to me. I thought when you were selling and buying it was contract is there anything I can do I have the phone # to the local police dept. where he live and I also have his address and tell # please help I would like the item I bought I have put a non performace seller complant with ebay but you know how that goes I dought I will hear anything back from them.
