I Saw an advertisement on Marktplaats.nl : http://koopjes.marktplaats.nl/telecommunicatie/32360552.html

The Guy Wants to Sell a Sony Ericsson w900i for 180 euro. His Story is that he was in Finland and bought a few phones with his partner, and is now home i think in Romenia. Aight.. So we chat a bit. He wanted to have 50% first and then he would send me the phone via UPS and then i paid the 50% afterwards. I made my complains that it was a big risk so now is the deal like this: He goes to UPS and sends me the phone and than he sends a scan of the paper as proof that he send the phone. Then i pay 50%. Then i get the tracking number, and when i recieved the phone he'll get another 50% paid.

I live in Holland, do you think this is a scam?
