I sell t-shirts

1. If I put LICENSED fabric on the shirt and sell it what should I look out for. I would think the 1st sale doctrine would cover this but I want to ask others what they think.

2. If I buy a LICENSED t-shirt and put rhinestones and glitter on it would the 1st sale cover this also?

In my mind this is cut and dried to me but I wanted to poll others for for input.
