Hi Guys

Furious and confused today.

I had 50 items listed on eBay (power tools), as I work in conjunction with a friend. The username is his REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME (LTD in the UK).

They are authorised sellers of these tools, we use the manufacturers images and text (with their permission) to promote these tools. We have NO live links in our listings to external sites...

Opened up the email today, wham, all listings cancelled and account suspended??? ....what is going on?!?!?!?

Here is the mail we got

"> We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to

eBay won't usually suspend an account unless there is some reason behi...

Your problem is not a VeRO problem, your problem is an eBay problem.

That almost looks like the standard spoof email.

Maybe, you can try to email ebay about the suspension.
