I recently had a listing for an Excalibur Dehydrator removed by VERO. I emailed the contact in the email and they told me that it was removed because I was not signed up as a registered distributor with their company.

However, my listing was removed for stealing their IP. Although, the pictures and text were all mine.

After more emails between the company and me, they were telling me that if I was not signed up as a registered distributor with them, they would continue to pull any listings because I was not allowed to use the product name, if I was not registered with them.

How should I proceed with this? I feel that they are greatly overstepping on this and that this probably isn't even legal for them to do. I understand that they can have registered sellers, but I don't think they can prohibit others from selling these products.
