I refer to my post on Priceminer, for details, but please note that Terapeak seems also to violate sellers' copyrights.

Terapeak provides full details (text and image) of listing up to 90 days old and even permits downloads.

They do not ask sellers for permission to use their work which has cost them time and money.Peter
