I am new in ebay.

A few days ago, I saw an advertisment from a China factory selling invisible bra, the name is not so famouse. I bought one and resold it in ebay. In the first two days, it seems quite attractive, there were three people to bid it, but at the third day, the item was removed and received an alert from ebay. It told me that my item was breaching the problem of copyright and gave a company's name and website address for futher reference.

My first reaction is that how do I know which bra has the copyright
problem. If I want to sell this bra again, where can I go to find out whether it is legal to sell.

I refered to the advertisement again, it has the factory's wedsite, I read it again, that bra is their normal production, in mass production. They have produce many style of invisble bra too, how can I know which one are illegal copied ?
