So I got shut down for a trademark violation by the NIOSH for using their name within my description.

Item in question was a box of respirator cartridges made specifically for use around toxic chemicals.

I mentioned these were NIOSH approved and they VeRo'ed me.

I plan to fight this because it has their safety standards logo on the box (see scan below).

This isn't a NIOSH product, but it does have their endorsement, so I'm not sure how to proceed...as in what to tell them in my protest e-mail.
