I just started reading and learning a little more about the Vero program. Can someone give me some guidelines?

I sell cosmetic items, mostly Mary Kay. Mary Kay corp is a member of the Vero program.

There are TONS of Mary Kay items on ebay.

What makes something a violation of Vero and what doesn't? I understand about not copying pictures from a company's website. But if I use the descriptions of the product that are on the packaging, is that a violation?

Is simply listing any item that a company who is a member of Vero a violation? Using the name? I really don't understand.

I'm not affiliated with the company, so I'm not like some of the consultants of some of these companies trying to sell their items on ebay.

Can anyone give me an idea of what is and isn't acceptable? Or is it as obscure as to be any thing that a company complains about?

Always seems to me that if a company wanted to shut down sellers it could. Just seems there are alterior motives.
