I found this while surfing the web today (No, I didn't get a notice from this guy).

He actually tries to make people pay for the unauthorized use of his photos.
I think he's got some good points, but he does seem to be trying to bully a little bit. He mentions that the U.S has up to $150,000 fines for each offense, but doesn't mention the fact that he has to prove 'willful' infringement to get anything close to that. He has a 'Sample reply from an eBay seller' with emails to and from a seller. I'm sure he knows it wouldn't be worth trying to sue the lady in question, but it's worth asking her to pay up.

Just a warning for everyone out there that some people play hardball on image theft. Sometimes we think that a little image theft is OK and we need to be reminded that as business people, we have to follow the lines a little closer.
