Does Miramax have the copyright (and hence can cancel my ebay auction) for a DVD released in China last year? I tried to sell the used DVD "Hero", purchased in China, over Ebay but Miramax caused Ebay to cancel my auction citing copyright infringement.

According to my sources, Guang Dong Face Video purchased the video distribution rights for China. Miramax owns the copyright to "Hero" in the U.S. Does this give them the right to cancel the sale of a used DVD distributed and purchased legally in China?
