hi, i'm in the u.k so i don't know if the procedure is the same so any advice asppreciated.

i write software and last year i started to sell a piece of sofware i had written on the ebay u.k. site
i only had one competitor and on his auction he stated his was registered with vero, our auctions were completly different except for the fact that we had similar products,
after four months of successful sales i got an email from vero, i immediately wrote to the email address provided of the vero member three times in total, never a reply, i wrote back to ebay and stated that this person had not replied and that this person had lied and my item was completely different and i was the owner of the item, all ebay said was that they would write back to him/her and request that they write to me, this never happened and i never relisted the item,
i have only just found this site and didn't realise that i could counter claim, up until this day i thought what a corrupt system vero was where anyone could register an item and get rid of their competition just by sending a fax or writing an email..
