I recently wrote about a box of brown #000 bubble mailers that I had bought. Well, after using them, we actually found them to be defective and in the worst way. After about 12 hours, many of them have unsealed even though we closed them using the same pressure as we use on all of our other bubble mailers and with which we have never had this problem. The big concern is we shipped out many packages before we became aware of the problem and now we are concerned out pkgs might open in the mail stream. I will not ID our vendor but the mailers are stamped Bubble-lite (25% PCR). Has anyone else come across this problem?
