We just got our U-PIC bill via Paypal and they charged us a new minimum on our flat-rate service that was 30% higher than what we were previously paying on top of the 10% increase from just a couple of months ago. This despite the fact that we have NEVER filed a single claim and there was no prior notice of a rate change.

Anyone else had this happen to them? We may be switching to DSI or another carrier.
