I'm all confused with the international shipping thing.
Can I send a package weighing about 2 pounds, measuring about 7 x 7 x 6 inches, via Economy or Airmail Letter Post or does it have to go Economy or Airmail Parcel Post?
I've shipped to Canada before, but not often. Everytime I've gotten burned on the postage because of the confusion over this. I have read the information on USPS website and I am still lost.
The last time I shipped to Canada, I even took the package up to the post office, had them weigh and measure it. They told me it could go Letter Post. I came home, told the buyer the shipping cost. Went back to the post office the next day with the same package to mail it and the clerk told me it had to go Parcel Post.
I am so horribly confused, I don't know what to do. I have a potential buyer waiting for an answer on the shipping and I have no clue what to tell them.
