We shipped a First Class package in mid-December to a customer. Two weeks later he finally received but we had already sent a replacement. According the customer and as confirmed by the USPS scan, he placed the 2nd package back in the mail on January 3. Guess what finally arrived back to us today. It took about 75 days for that package to travel 1000 miles. I would love to know where it has been all these weeks.
