Hi guys

We have started to ship a few items across the big pond to the US and we are currently using the Royal Mails signed for service (they sign upon receipt)

Is there another method that is able to be tracked live as this can take up to 21 days (although most arrive within 10) and when the buyer asks where is it, I would like us to be in a better position to answer their queries.
