Imagine shipping a pkg to a customer who says he never got it and the tracking only shows a notice was left a month ago. Chances are he did get it but you cannot prove it to Paypal. How likely is this to happen? We analyzed a sample of 6000 shipments and found that at least 1% were improperly scanned and appear to have never been delivered or returned to us. Another 1-2% were never scanned at all.

We have contacted USPS Consumer Affairs in Wash. DC and they are investigating our statistics and transaction details to figure out if there is a nationwide systemic problem.
