I'm trying to print 4" x 6" USPS labels through PayPal, but I'm running into a few problems. When I first contacted PayPal for details about my particular printing system (an HP Photosmart 2710 all-in-one), I was instructed to pick up Avery 05454 4" x 6" labels, which I did. When I went to print the label, though, I was provided with a 8.5" x 11" label. If there's an option in the PayPal program to choose a smaller size, I've missed it (and please fill me in if there is such an option). I'm sending a 2-ounce package in a #000 envelope, and most of my shipping involves #000's, so big labels are not an option.

I've tried informing the printer that I'm using 4"x6" paper, but it prints only a corner of the label image, not the entire label. Reducing the image size in 4" x 6" results only in that corner being printed smaller. If I use 8.5" x 11" paper and reduce image size to 75% or so, I can get the entire label printed in the size I need - but the printer feigns "out of paper" if I try to slip in a 4"x6" label on those settings.

Is there any way I can correct this problem? I'd prefer to use self-adhesive labels, not regular paper and lots of clear tape. Thanks in advance for any help.
