We continue to have serious problems with USPS. The latest is pkgs. that have been "misrouted" according to the tracking and then just seem to disappear. When did they start scanning pkgs. "misrouted?"

Also, our First Class pkgs are taking up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Last month we had a pkg that was misaddressed. The scan update showed the pkg was being returned to us so we shipped a replacement. We never got the orginal pkg back and 3 weeks later it was DELIVERED to the customer and he will not return the duplicate item even though he signed for both.

Finally, their customer service is pretty much useless even on the local level. We are fed up but with many pkgs. weighing 1 or 2 ounces we have no options.
