I had taken a vacation from selling on ebay and had forgotten not to use their invoicing tool. First it doubled the cost of shipping to my customer when it sent the invoice. Then he goes to pay by paypal and it doubled it again so he ends up getting charged 43 dollars for shipping and insurance! For some reason he went ahead and paid instead of questioning it so I just spend the last hour trying to get through to a live person at paypal to refund him and reset my sellers cost.

I have had this happen before and completely forgotten about it so that is a lesson learned. From now on I will tell them to email me for costs.Julie
