For packages we have shipped via USPS using the Delivery or Signature Confirmation services, over the 12 months ending January 31, only 94% of the packages were scanned delivered.

So, the other 6% were either not scanned on delivery or were lost!

Delivery times have ranged from 1 day to 29 days for First Class and 1 day to 16 days for Priority Mail.

When using Signature Confirmation, there were 50 incidents of notices being left with no further scans. None of these packages were ever returned to us, and none of these customers ever contacted us so presumably they were in fact delivered but we have no proof should a claim arise.
