Tonight we reported yet another bug to Paypal that appears to have never been fixed. The search function by last name and last name, first name is not finding some records. Only when we search by email address do we find them. We have reported this problem before (in February) and are unsure if it has ever been addressed. Obviously this is a big problem if someone says that they sent you payment and you search using their name which is usually the easiest way to do search. The search function is limited as it is but unfortunately it is also unreliable.
