Symptoms include:

Rearranging of your store custom categories
Non-functioning promotion boxes (so if you're using promotion boxes to create a custom left hand navigation bar, its probably gone)
eBay Cross Promotion rules are all done and its randomly pulling listings in from whatever category it wants to

The thread above on the Stores Board is the discussion - there has been little or no eBay Staff comment other than to acknowledge the problem during the Brown Bag Lunch yesterday.

This is at least 2 days of bugginess with no A/B post, and no real progress so far in a fix.
