Some of you may be aware that there are big problems on eBay; namely searches are not coming up consistently. And sometimes when you hit Refresh, the number of items for sale changes (say from 20 to 15 to 0, etc.)

Many of us have contacted eBay Chat Live and Customer Service, only to be told there is no problem!

Meanwhile, we are losing big money!!

What can we do about this? Are we just victims to this?
