I have noticed that if I search by last name, Paypal does not always find all the payments that it should. To verify this, I search under email address and all the records appeared. Since I do not always have easy access to a customer's email address, I use the last name search to verify a non-payment and I have sometimes gotten false results. Anyone else experienced this?
