I just opened an Ebay store. I understood the listing fees for the store were $.02. Now I see for 5 items listed they have charged me $1.75. I had an $8 credit with them and they have already taken the fees out of it. What's with this anyway?
Also since I did my About me page, I cannot access it to edit it. I would have to go in and make a whole new one.
Is that what this forum is for? These glitches that I cant get answers from Ebay? Where is this great customer service and support I am suppose to have as a new store owner?
Any suggestions welcome.
