Seems BidRobot had a corrupted database (first time in 7 years) and the program randomly bid on 28 different peoples' auctions. In the case of the ebay user in this thread, it got her for a $275 item that she didn't even have a snipe set up on.

Thought you might want to check into the details and see if BidRobot plans on helping out any members with auctions they may have "won" but didn't set bids for.
