There's a commercial running in my area that speaks of marketing to online auction bidders - with both your own and other's auctions.

Is there a legitimate and best way to do this? It seems like a great concept - but I don't want to get myself banned for doing something incorrectly.

Any suggestions and/or resources for doing this - and other similiar tips would be greatly appreciated.
