Here's a list of places throughout eBay where books have their own subcategory and often have been success and traffic then the present Book section on eBay and are outside both prefill and item specific. It's from the eBay Booksellers Board and is a really good start......

I think there are more......will you add them here as you come across them in your listing.

Business & Industrial: Woodworking: Manuals & Books.

Cameras & Photo > Manuals, Guides & Books > Other Manuals, Guides & Books

Crafts: Basketry: Books

Crafts: Woodworking: Patterns [while there is not a Book subcategory, books on patterns sells well in this category.

Crafts: Most likely some of the other crafts also have a “Books” subcategory or related area.
