I have a hardback book which I picked up from a yard sale. It's a hardback book, published in 1901. It's called Atherstone Priory by an author called L N Comyn. However, I can't judge its value because I can't find similar copies anywhere! There's a 1864 First Edition on Abebooks but that's all I can find.

Has anybody heard of this book and can anyone help me value it?
